What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or visit our shop, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, email address, phone number, mailing or delivery address, and order history. If you bring a device in for repair, we also keep records of that repair.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, arrange pickup or delivery, service repairs, provide customer support, and send you updates about your own orders and account — by email, by phone, or by text message if you have agreed to receive texts.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box at checkout agreeing to receive text messages, we will text you about your orders and account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting in is never required to place an order or create an account.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer phone numbers to anyone. Your number is used only by Mevaser Tech, to communicate with you about your own orders and account, and is shared with the messaging and payment providers we use to operate the shop (such as our SMS and payment processors) solely to deliver those messages and transactions on our behalf.

Other sharing

We do not sell or rent customer information to third parties. We share information only with service providers who help us run the shop — such as payment processing, shipping carriers, and SMS delivery — and only to the extent needed to provide that service, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, by updating your account, or by asking us at the counter. You can ask us to update or remove your contact information by contacting us using the details below.
