Terms & Conditions

About these terms

Mevaser Tech (“Mevaser Tech”, “we”, “us”) sells kosher phones, plans and accessories and repairs devices, in the shop and online. By placing an order, creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change until an order is confirmed. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and will refund anything you already paid for it.

Pickup, delivery, returns and repairs

Pickup, delivery, return and repair arrangements are agreed when you order or drop off a device. Ask us at the counter or contact us using the details below if you are unsure about any of them.

SMS Terms

These terms apply to the text message program run by Mevaser Tech. If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages when you check out, sign up or contact us, you agree to receive text messages from Mevaser Tech about your orders and account.

• Consent is optional. Opting in to texts is never required to place an order, create an account or buy anything.
• Message frequency varies with your orders and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any text at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. You can also update your account or ask us at the counter.
• For help, reply HELP to any text, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information: your phone number and opt-in status are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy for details.
